Pragmatic Branding
A workshop that gets a team to a brand they’ll actually use – archetypes, ‘start with why,’ and iterative development, facilitated to a real decision.
A facilitated approach to branding for teams who need something usable, not a 40-page guideline that sits in a drawer. It runs on three moves – purpose first (start with why), brand archetypes to give the identity a spine, and iterative development so the brand earns its shape rather than being decreed.
Who it's for
Founders and early-stage teams on the way to product–market fit. You're wearing every hat at once — branding is one of them, and it deserves better than being decreed in a rush or outsourced into a 40-page document.
What you leave with
A brand decision you can build on: an archetype, a why-statement, and an iteration path — branding folded into your build-measure-learn loop rather than frozen ahead of it.
Why I run this
I spent years inside innovation ecosystems and benefited from a lot of generous advice along the way. Before startups, I was deep in marketing and advertising; as a founder, I learned first-hand what early company-building actually feels like. This workshop is where those two halves meet — branding taught as part of your iterative path to product–market fit, not a deliverable that sits outside it.
